Delta High School recently was notified by FAFSA officials that the school met the 60% FAFSA filing goal, which is a standard that earns a merit badge.

The school also increased its FAFSA completion rate by 5% or more for the class of 2026 compared to the class of 2025!

To celebrate the school's success, Delta was awarded the 60% FAFSA filing and 5% filing increase badges displayed here.

FAFSA stands for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.  It is the main method used to determine a student’s eligibility for federal, state, and college-sponsored financial aid. This includes grants, scholarships, work-study programs, and student loans.
